METHODS OF PURCHASE

Home Delivery

  • Executive-Fedex service deals with the delivery of the item both in the national and international area.
  • It takes about 2-7 days to deliver an item
  • VAT is included in the price.
  • The shipping cost is displayed at specific page;
  • Please show in the notes the time when you are available for the delivery, at the address you have recorded.

Track your order

Once the order has been sent, you will receive an email from GLS containing a link for tracking your package.
It is possible that your parcel can be left in storage in a parcel-shop, near to your home, so you can retire it.
We will also give you the premium-rate telephone number of the courier so that you can contact them if there is a delay or disruption in the delivery of the goods.

  • Call the branch nearest to your location (cost varies depending on your telephone contract)

Payment

  • You have to pay when you order, with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Paypal,) and bank transfer.
  • The payment with Bank Transfer has to be made inside three days of the order.
  • The goods will be sent only after to have received of the payment.
  • Our selling contract is effective only after the deadline of 7 days after the receiving day.
  • VAT is included in all the prices we have related.
  • Possible variations of VAT or other selling taxes will produce a balance about the packing list to pay when delivered.
  • Your invoice will be online.

Goods Return

  • Every item is checked because they are handmade, but there can be little failings which cannot be attributed to the firm and cannot be reason to claim.
  • If for other reasons the item you have chosen does not suit your request, it is possible to give it back before seven days in order to substitute it or to refund it. It has to be in perfect condition and inside the original packaging.
  • The shipping cost of sending and returning will not be reimbursed. They remains to you.
  • We cannot substitute the returned items which are not in perfect condition. In this case we will give them to charity.
