Shipping, Tracking and Delivery Times

When will my order be shipped and how long will it take to arrive?

EUROPE

  • Expected shipping: 1/2 days from receipt of payment *

Delivery time:

  • GLS - Standard delivery: 4/7 days from the time of shipment *
  • DHL - Fast delivery: 1/3 days from the time of shipment *

ITALY

  • Expected shipping: 1/2 days from receipt of payment *
  • Delivery time: 1/3 days from the time of shipment *

Info on shipments outside Europe

Shipments made outside the European community may be subject to the payment of duties and customs clearance not included in the invoice. These costs are borne by the buyer and must be paid at the time of collection.

Orders outside the EU will be entrusted exclusively to DHL.

EXCEPTIONS:
Countries exempt from customs duty:
United states: orders within € 700.00 will be exempt from customs duty.
Australia: Orders within € 600.00 will be exempt from customs duty.

ORDERS from UK:
Due to the Brexit law, it is not possible to place orders below € 150.00; such orders will be canceled. In case of orders lower than the amount mentioned above, if paid by paypal, they will be refunded in full, if paid by credit card, the commission will be withheld. Due to the Brexit law, only orders over 150.00 will be accepted (transport excluded)

  How can I track the status of my order?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive two emails:

  • ORDER SHIPPING CONFIRMATION from LAMAMITA
  • CONFIRMATION OF ORDER DEPARTURE by GLS or DHL

In the GLS and DHL email, you will find the link to be able to track your package.

Given that GLS and DHL are excellent couriers, and fast, if you follow the shipment, in case of delays in delivery of the goods, or inefficiencies, you can contact: GLS, DHL or LAMAMITA:

  • to the courier's customer service number (for a fee)
  • to the number of the branch closest to you (the cost varies according to the active telephone contract on your number)
